This realtor is completely incompetent. He also will never give a direct answer. If there is a problem he will not go out of his way at all to fix it and blames all problems on someone else (i.e. the bank, the underwrites, the appraisers,etc) If things start falling apart he will not take any responsiblity and will not return phone calls. He will keep stalling for time and not let you know there is a problem until it is out of control. I have had many real estate transactions in the past and this is by far the worst realtor I have ever had the misfortune of using. |
