He was my agent for selling my home, however, he broke all his promises. He has no interests to sell my home quickly,he was only interested in using my home to find buyers to buy other homes. If you want to deal with this guy, never ever sign a long term contract with him. Don't believe whatever you said, everything has to be in writing. I also fount that other agents simply did not like Rich Liu. They tried to avoid Rich's listings. I only had 8 agents visited my home while using Rich Liu as my selling agent. He is the worst agent for sure!
I can't believe his attitude! I thought all realtors have good attitude towards the customers. He was showing a $2.5M house to me, when I mentioned to him that the design is similar to another house, he went crazy and got so emotional. He talked to me sarcastically and laughed at me that I know nothing about the houses. Extreme bad attitude! I am 55 years old and have met more than 100 realtors in my life. He is the worst!
