Knowledge; no concept of market value for area-way over priced original listing price-Helpfulness; helpful in no way Work Quality; Lazy, Useless, and Unprofessional and at the same time tells you how hard she is working.Out of appr.50 showings over a 9 month period she was present for 2 of them....How can you sell a property when you are never there with the potential buyers.....She basically wants a listing,for another agent to sell for her... |
