Darrell is truly committed to working hard and smart to fufill the needs and wishes of his clients simply because it is the right thing to do. With that he knows the commission will take care of itself along with postive word of mouth and more clients. In my case he willingly helped and for the most part did the job of the listing agent of the short sale I wanted to buy. When the listing agent declined take a finders fee instead of half the commission, a fair deal, Darrell let it go in order to get me the house I wanted. If he does not have answers to your questions he knows someone or some source that does. When applicable he will give you multiple answers so that you can decide what is best for you and your situation. He knows many people in the real estate business and is always looking to learn something, which is why he is very knowledgable now after 17 years in the business. I highly recommend him. |
