She's professional, very nice, and very helpful. The best thing that I really appreciate with Madlin is even you closed the deal with the house already. She's still there willing to help you. I bought my house last 2010 and until now I still call her and ask for advised. She's alway open hand and willing to help. |

In the months she spent dealing with the property, she amassed a huge knowledge about the business itself, environmental conditions, and surrounding neighborhood, giving us peace of mind for making our huge investment. She is accessible 24/7 via phone or email and has a very keen eye or detail, often notifying us of things we would have otherwise missed. Madlin B is very nice & Friendly. She always there for us. Madlin always goes over and beyonds. I had very bad experiance with two agents. When I meet with Madlin she was the best agents that I know. I have an excellent experienced with Madlin Betkoucher. She's the best of the best agent out there. If you're looking for someone that you can trust. This is the person that you're looking for. My brother feel awful with his real state agent after I told him about madlin, Betkoucher. Madlin provided me an excellent service she's always gone above and beyond. Can you imagine that when I bought my house she was able to make the bank to waive my appraisal fee. Yeah she did and she's always stay on top of everything. She's great and she's always ready to help. All the question about buying house she got all the answer that you need. I recommend that before you talk to some agent out there please try to look for her first. I can guarantee you you'll never regret and will not be disappoint. |
