I can certainly agree with the other postings. Jan and Amanda Lusk seem to survive by depriving honest unsavy investors of their money. Do a google search and see the health board notices for a start. DO NOT TRUST THEM! |

Amanda Lusk and his partner Jan Lusk are awful people. They are lying, two-faced, con-artist who are only looking out for themselves first and foremost and disregarding others in the process. They will do anything devious and call it "creative" when in reality it's questionable, unethical or just plain dirty, two-faced business. I'm happy the admins on this site did justice & took off Amanda and/or Jan's older post on here in which they obviously tried to self-praise and advertise for themselves.
Do not trust them or their company: Master and Master. These people are NOT here to help you, they are NOT on your side; don't be deceived into thinking otherwise. You've been warned. |

Dshonest, untrustworthy, unreliable, crooks, these are some of the words expressed by many people who have had the misfortune to know Jan Lusk & Amanda Lusk. They don't return your calls or emails. They also don't finish work when promised. Many times when you come to their office for an appointment they don't show up.The people also seem to play dumb like they don't know what's going when problems or situations arises.For a RE investment and educational company this is pathetic. All they seem to care about is taking & holding your money (& other people's money) & unloading property onto naive investors. Their properties are run down homes that just barely meet Alberta Government Regulations. There have been many horror stories of new investors who attend their course & get doped into buying one of their properties for little to no money down and end up Paying for it dearly later.Please,for your sake avoid Jan & Amanda Lusk, you, your wallet, & your sanity will thank you for it later. |

Beware of them, especially Amanda Lusk, his partner. They are just trying to unload property or naive, stupid people who don't do their do-diligence. The way they do business is very sketchy as they purposely hold back documentations and infomation, do not respond to your requests, or formally disclose important infomation. Do not invest with them unless you want months or even years of headaches, being ignored, or having the run-around from them...especially Amanda Lusk. They are dishonest, sketchy people who care at first-most to unload their property on you. |

When you get to know him and his company..you better think twice..also amanda lusk...she sucks,this company doesn't do anything OK.., and the banks also don't like them as well private lenders...scam-artists or is it scum-artists?? |

Please do your due diligence before investing with this company. Watch the video below that someone posted, ask for testimonial (and ask for permission to contact the testimonial writers). They are very creative buyers and sellers, and what they teach is very informative. But when it comes to investing with them, please make sure you do your homework. |
