Mary Lou was a lifesaver. We had to sell my mother's home and lived in another city. Mary Lou took control of the selling process and once a buyer was found and the bid accepted she helped orchestrate every detail that had to be taken care of before the closing.She was efficient, professional and hardworking.I can recommend her without any qualms or doubts. Mary Louis is a wonderful agent.I truely must say that i found my dream home thanks to her,@ at the same time had a wonderful experiance finding it with Mary Lou,We had alot of fun looking at homes together,she knew what i did @ did not like.She probally put the most miles on her car in one day with me than with anyone else.If you are selling or buying your home i sugust that you use Mary Lou,you will be very happy.Nancy Kempf |

It was a pleasure working with Mary Lou. She sold a house in Florida for me in 2 months at a good price without my having to go to Florida at all (I live in NY) Mary Lou was efficient, pleasant, and addressed all my concerns in a prompt and pleasant manner.
