Teri Carson goes the extra mile not only to get the house that meets your criteria but also makes sure it isn't a lemon. She checks to see if it is in a flood plain, she encourages you to get a house inspection, and she negotiates with the sellers to make sure any needed repairs are done right. Once you close on your house she still follows through to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. She also points you in the right direction towards financing. You can't go wrong with Teri Carson. |

I have known a lot of realtors and dealt with several around the huntsville alabama area. My father is an auctioneer realtor in Ohio and has the highest morales, values, and ethics of anyboy I have ever known and while he can never be excelled he can be equaled. Teri is his equal. Definitely knows her field, highly ...competent and the hardest work ethic equivalent to my father. At the age of 70 he can still run me into the ground. There are a lot of lazy ****s in the realtor profession and a lot of them around huntsville. Do yourself a favor, if have one of those, dump them immediately and give this woman a call. - Brad Volkmer |
