Alyssa, Shawna and their team did a fantastic job selling our house including all of the work to finalize the short sale. The whole transaction from start to finish went very smoothly. Alyssa is wonderful. She found the condo for my daughter a few years ago.This year my daughter and Alyssa did all the shoping for a home in Mesa AZ. I moved to AZ from NH, and I am very happy with home which Alyssa found for me. She is very helpful and knowledgable. Alyssa was referred to my fiance and I by a co-worker. Throughout the entire house hunting process, Alyssa was awesome. She's well organized and patient. Alyssa was a great agent, she accommodated me to all my needs, and even assisted me when she was on vacation (what agent would do that for you? ALYSSA!). Alyssa did a great job in assisting my wife and I find our perfect Arizona home. She provided us with listing information for over a year. When we flew into town to look at houses, Alyssa spent her entire weekend scheduling and showing us 16 different homes spread out all over the Greater Phoenix area. The house we purchased was a bank sale and we had 20 days to close on it. Alyssa was on top of every phase of the transaction and provided helpful information in order that we could negotiate the best deal for ourselves. Since we were out of town buyers, Alyssa even did the final walk through on her own in order to insure nothing had changed on the property and that we were protected prior to closing. Finally, Alyssa made very helpful referrals to us so that any item we wanted to fix or upgrade would be done by a reputable vendor. We appreciate all that Alyssa did and will be recommending her to our daughter and other friends who choose to move to Phoenix. |

I can't say enough great things about Alyssa and her partner, Shawna. I "met" (over the phone) Alyssa a few years ago and found her very helpful and knowledgable. She gave me her time and valuable information although she knew I would not need her services at that time. Unfortunately, a few years later (present time) I found myself in the need of short-selling multiple properties in AZ from out-of-state. Alyssa and Shawna not only listed and sold the properties but also introduced me to a law firm to insure that the process was completed in the best legal manner possible. They arranged for a conference call to answer all my concerns and layout the strategy. They kept me continuosly updated as to the status of all 4 properties and they were easily accessible and responsive to my needs and inquiries. To sum it up, they are extremely professional, hard working, knowledgable and have a great attitude. Obviously, I highly recommend them. |

I worked with Alyssa to purchase my first home and enjoyed the experience greatly. Alyssa and her team are extremely helpful,willing to explain all the deatails of the process. Unfortunately I had to sell my home recently and again I turned to Alyssa and her team and again i was impressed with her professionalism, willingness to go the extra mile and her ability to get the whole process completed in less time than the previous two realtors I had contacted to sell my home at first. |

Alyssa was extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire home buying process. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. It also took me quite awhile (due to job changes, credit issues) to finally close but she stood by me the entire time. She is completely trustworthy, responsive and I highly recommend her to my friends and family. In fact a coworker and my former land lord's son also bought homes from her. I especially recommend her to first time home buyers because she is patient and thorough in her explanations of this confusing (and sometimes frustrating) process. |

I enjoyed working with Alyssa. My daughter lives in Scottsdale and was referred to Alyssa by a friend. She and Alyssa did all the shopping for a second home for me and I was quite pleased with the results. Alyssa couldn't of been better as an agent. Always had communication even when she was on vacation, she showed me more houses than one should have to deal with and also put up with a lot of not so fun situations that were very stressful on both ends. My wife and I met Alyssa at an open house and found her to be a person with an extremely strong work ethic and unquestionable integrity. On very short notice, Alyssa took our search requirements and showed us 25 homes the very next day!! Our purchasing experience with Alyssa and her staff was extremely professional; they exceeded our expectations. No detail was too small for her to coordinate in our absence as we were moving from the East Coast. She is meticulous and showed great attention to detail in every aspect of the transaction. I recently purchased a home and Alyssa was with me through the entire process. And I can tell you, it was a LONG process. She consistently keep me informed. Always returned phone calls. Replied to emails,etc. This was my 6th home, and I have never worked with someone more thorough, consistent, and willing to go the extra mile. I have read some of the negative reviews on here, and am wondering if those individuals are confusing Alyssa with someone else. Her and the staff are Fantastic! |

When I was looking to relocate to Arizona, Alyssa found me online after playing around on different websites. Immediately, I was impressed by how quickly she responded to me via email and quickly understood my needs. After meeting with her when I arrived, she quickly "read" my personality and narrowed down my options. I ended up renting the place she thought I would like and the whole process took less than a few hours, so I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip and not stress out about house hunting. Not only did she find me the perfect place, but she also invited me to several functions and events so that I could meet more people since I didn't know anybody. Overall I think she's a great agent! |

I can not say enough great things about Alyssa, she went above and beyond what any real estate agent has ever done. First of all, she listened to my wishes and understood my desires. Second, she treated me as if I was just as important as a client buying a multimillion dollar home rather than a small condo under $100,000. Not only did she spend time with me running about town, looking up new MSLs but when I had to go out of town, she went to an auction in my place for the condo I wanted. At the auction she kept me posted via phone; in the end she won the bid and I am now happily living in my new condo. (All this work was done for what is likely to be the smallest commission in history.)NOW THAT IS A FABULOUS AGENT. She cared more about me than making a large commission. |

I was introduced to Alyssa through a friend she already helped find an apartment when I was moving to Phoenix from San Diego. She visited the complex, met the staff and made sure it was a good place to live. I was able to pack my things and drive my moving truck through the desert knowing I had a safe place to land. She was extremely helpful and got me into a great apartment. Since then, my husband and I bought our home through her and we have many friends and family that we've referred who have received excellent service. I will continue to recommend Alyssa and her team to anyone who is moving to AZ, buying a home or renting an apartment. She's honest, fantastic and hard working. |
