A decent guy, but not a great negotiator. If you want to find all the homes yourself on the MLS are in no hurry to buy and you want to pay full asking price on a house that is not a hot potato this is an ok guy. There was a huge difference in how things got handled when we changed agents. In fairness this guy met all our appointments and was a good asset because he knew a great deal about distressed homes.
