I used Shoreh Forjani to sell my house. She gave us very bad directions. She was a big talker but without results. She did not give us good advices and she pushed us to sell our home very cheap. I recoment this woman to to be a realtor ... |

Sherry helped my wife and I sell our condo in the Empress Walk complex in North York. She gave us excellent advice and helped us price our condo at fair market value. She also helped us stage our unit to make it more attractive to buyers. As a result, it sold for 98% of our asking price, within 24 hours of hitting the market. We were very happy with Sherry as our Agent. |

I would most definitely not recommend this agent. I used her as a selling agent. Her focus was simply on selling the property fast and not on getting the best price. I found her behaviour during an offer process to be not only unprofessional but also unethical. There was clear collusion with the buying agent and various oversights in reading the fine print of the contract. I was discouraged from consulting with a lawyer prior to signing an offer acceptance as she wanted me to sign the offer on the spot without the customary 24 hour review period. I was then lectured by her on how much time and effort she endured (over the 4 day process from listing to the first offer) when I did not sign the offer on the spot. These days properties can sell themselves so what you really need is an agent that reduces hassle and headache not one that adds more. Use another agent. |
