Beware of the quality of work done if you buy homes from this dealer. They get work done using handymen and don't provide good quality work to the buyer. Look for cover ups. They will try to hide problems with the home and not reveal the details to you. Only if you get it inspeacted and ask them about it, they are prompt at fixing them to make a quick sale only to realise that when you are the owner those problems will arie again because work wasn't done properly. |
