I couldn't have had a better experience. I am extremely detail oriented and he showed excellent patience and knowledge. He was always able to answer my questions no matter how large or small. His professionalism and experience is top notch. There is just a long list of good things to say about him. It is a rough market right now and you need someone with some serious skills and knowledge in your corner. Tell him your goals and what you want to do and he will help you make it happen. His negotiating skills are superior and he will get you where you want to be. This is the guy who will get the job done. I am a professional soldier myself. The qualities I look for, I won't waiver, honesty, loyalty, integrity, competence, and determination. If an agent lacks any of these qualities, I will not do business with them. I have already recommended Guy Moreau to my personal friends and associates. |

This fellow is friendly and personable and I worked with him as a buyer for over a year. (I live in Canada and he was willing to provide bargain property bidding service to me. ) I'm not sure how successful he is, though he speaks as if he is very busy. He lives in a trailer. After I bought a house through him he kept on showing the property to other prospective buyers and attempted to replace my firm agreement with another offer. The Seller told me he did not want to get into any legal problems over this and he advised me he would tell Guy to stop trying to replace a firm sale. Does this happen in Florida often? |
