NEVER USE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. We booked a vacation rental in a luxury beachfront condo through Florida Beach Rentals. We arrived with foreign guests to find nothing available for a vacation rental, no window covering, no towels, nowhere but the floor to put clothing, no kitchen utensils.....I could go on. Then, they did not provide us with a code to enter the premises after hours. On Xmas eve we were stuck outside in freezing weather until 2.00 am as they refused to answer their own emergency number. With young kids and retirees, we had to book into a Hilton Hotel at 2 am. The realtor and the broker, Paul Vonveldt did not care at all. Never use this company, they are an embarassment to the real estate industry. |
