Very dishonest, and unethical agent. Lists property and then looks at offers, sees the offers and then relists the house at the desired price. i have no problem with bidding wars, I have a problem with wasting buyer's time just to ascertain the price of a property. I will never put an offer for a house listed by her again. |

This is one pushy and obnoxious agent. When my parents died, she phoned me up to ask about selling their house. I was greatly offended. She likes to "stage" properties (at a cost to you and a benefit to her) with no real advantage. I wouldn't use her even if there was no one else. |
