Ginger was managing a property my wife and I were renting. The property had been broken into before we moved in, yet she didn't seem to think that was an emergency, even though the culprits had copies of the house key. She comes by the property without advance notice, clearly in breach of contract, and doesn't respect her customers. I am almost thirty years old, and she speaks to me like I am a child. Our swamp cooler went out in the house, and she tried to immediately put the blame on us when we finally got her to do her job. She is now basically trying to make life hard for us because we forced her to actually do her job. |
