Ever ask yourself how some people are successful in their line of work. That is exactly what I asked myslef after meeting Rob Johnson. I dont know if words can describe him. He knows little about real estate though he has sold it for years. His knowledge of finance is no existent. I heard the only reason he has clientele is he has a pretty affluent family that refers everyone to him. I approached him cause he was the broker of the firm and I thought I would get there best man. I was un impressed at our rlisting meeting. So i decided to test him I called his cell phone from various numbers asking for information on other listings he had. He did not return one of my phone calls. So if you have your house listed with him you are getting no effort on his behalf. I then chose another agent who did a great job for us and was verry on top of things. Fair warning this guy is a total scam, he doesnt work for his customers at all.
