BUYER BEWARE!! I had the unfortunate luck of purchasing a home from a seller that had Luis Solis as his agent.. Nothing but problems and issues the whole time! He was truly attempting to make the process as difficult as possible for me and my agent. He was incredibly uncooperative and unreasonable. If you aren't serious about selling/purchasing a home, go with this guy because he likes to make it as impossible to buy/sell a home as he can. He didn't cooperate until I had actually found, and nearly put an offer on another home. After I finally signed the papers (DEED AND ALL!) he once again became ridiculous, and held the keys to the home hostage. An absolutely horrifying experience that I hope no one else has to go through. |
