I paid a $1600 deposit for a rental that was trashed by the previous tenants, but I was not informed of the complications. I walked through the house and identified items I desired to be repaired, but most never were. When I received oreders to move, I gave the proper notification and even showed the house to the next family that moved in after I left. I left the house in a much better state than it was in when I first moved in. I have contacted Mrs. Shive several times since September 2008, but she has consistantly ignored request to return my $1600 deposit. I'm now planning legal action. |
