Sheila Bennett is terrible agent. I didn't feel she represented me well at all or looked out for my best interests when I was looking to buy a home. Among other things, when the sellers moved out they left a bunch of junk in the garage and house and she told me it was my responsibily to get rid of it when in fact the paperwork stated it was the sellers. That is one of many examples of how she did not look out for me. She convinced me to let the sellers leave their fish in the back pond which caused further problems down the road. Overall she is dishonest. I would never recommend her unless you're looking to get screwed over. |
