Peter Park specializes with short sale listings. Be sure you want the property before you deal with him and put any money into escrow. We attempted to do a short sale and he got us to put in our 3% deposit. Sellers couldn't close and he repeatedly asked to move back the escrow close date. When we tried to figure out why, we found the seller had declared bankruptcy, and Mr. Park didn't even tell us. Mr. Park refused to give us our escrow money back and we started to think our escrow money might be in jeopardy in bankruptcy court proceedings. We got our money back only after his broker finally intervened and ordered him to give it back.
Agent doesn't return phone messages on his only Listing in San Francisco. Listing is Condo, known Short Sale but continues to charge tenants rent? Tenant says it is Sold but no update on MLS for past 5 months. Someone needs to report this jerk to his Association if any, discipline or fine Broker and tenant should report to SF Rent Board
