We've used Jack and Lisa Frost for two transactions in Sedona (buying a lot in Jordan Park, and then a house near Tlaquepaque), and I highly recommend them to anyone. They've been there for years, know the market thoroughly, and are very personable. Lisa particularly is very organized, efficient and endlessly patient. |

I wish I had done this years ago. I drove through Sedona and fell in love with the its beauty. Stopping at Real Estate Central, I was greeted by Jack and Lisa Frost. Jack rubbed me the WRONG way. He was bigoted - his statement was "People who work in Sedona, live in Cottonwood." At the time, I didn't understand what he meant, but I drove through Cottonwood later that day. It was a less affluent area. He ordered Lisa around like she was his slave, not partner and wife. They gave too much attention to that dog (I am NOT a dog person, and would have preferred to concentrate on homes), and I got the feeling I was being judged by him the entire time I spent there. Needless to say, I came back to Sedona a few weeks later and used a different realtor, who confirmed that Jack Frost is not a highly respected person due to his behavior. I really couldn't care less that they played music in a restaurant! Very unprofessional person. |
