Ben is a fabulous agent, and an expert in the Boston real estate market. He really listens to what clients want and comes up with realistic options. I worked with Ben to find an apartment for my daughter and her friends, and we couldn't have been happier. This was the girls' first post-graduate apartment and he made a somewhat daunting process seem easy! He sat down with us and discussed what the girls were interested in, and really took the time to get to know them, which was comforting, as this was a big step! We found a great place, exactly in their price range, and he even negotiated a few add ons that we weren't expecting. Ben is not only a knowledgeable real estate agent, but also a great guy! |

I have been living in Boston with 4 years and hopped from Agent to Agent whenever I looked. I finally found someone who I feel comfortable to use from now on. Ben took the time to listen to everything that I was looking for and only showed me things he thought I would be interested in, which I was! I love my place now and have been telling all my friends about Ben! |

I moved to Boston last fall to work at the local JCF and I didn't know what to make of the city. I met with tons of realtors and only Ben was up front and honest about what to expect from the entire process. He found me an awesome place with a great landlord that I LOVE. I hear horror stories from my friends and all of us will be using Ben at Boston's Luxury Properties for our next moves. Thanks Ben! You are the best! |

Ben was great! My roommate and I were in search of a reasonably priced two bedroom in Boston. We gave him our price range and some of the amenities we were looking for. We looked at about 7 places during a torrential downpour and he was kind enough to drive us to each place. He was also extremely patient as my roommate and I were indecisive and stressed. He showed us the place that we just moved into a few times to make sure we were satisfied. During the lease signing we requested certain changes in the apt such as hardwood floors and he assisted us in making that request. When we met to get the keys to our new unit we were pleasantly surprised to see the requests that we had made fulfilled. Ben is a hard worker and really cared about finding us the right place, instead of just sealing a deal. I would definitely recommend him for any prospective apt hunters. |

I moved from California this year and knew very little about Boston. I found Ben's add on Craigslist and we stayed in touch for the months upcoming to my visit to Boston. He was incredibly helpful telling me about the different areas of Boston and taking pictures of various apartments he thought I might like. When I came to Boston he picked me up at my hotel with coffee and was able to negotiate me a gorgeous luxury apartment into my price range for no fee! Working with Ben is something I would 100% recommend. |

Ben is the best agent i've worked with. His honesty and patience were really refreshing especially after working with so many pushy and careless agents. I've recommended him to all of my friends and they've all had great experiences. Can't say enough good things about him! |

Ben is terrible at his job. He was late for every appintment, unprepared, and unprofessional. He was disorganized with paperwork and required multiple trips to his office to sign paperwork he forgot about. He iwas unaware of my budget and requirements and simply showed whatever he could unlock, (which usually wasn't much). He has lost multiple payments and followed them up with nasty, e-mails. I would stay away from Ben. His age and inexperience make his lack of general skill and knowledge even less tolerable. I cannot wait until the day that i don't have to be in contact with him. |
