Kandace helped us buy a home when we didn't think it would be possible. With our student loan debt and lower income, many lenders had turned us down and suggest we find jobs that pay more (in this economy). It took some time and was an extremely difficult process, but Kandace helped us through the entire thing and made it a much more comfortable experience. She fought for us where necessary and I would recommend her to ANYONE that is looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient and diligent. I will call Kandace when I am ready to sale my home or purchase a new home. |

I had a very pleasant experience with Kandace. I was a first time home buyer that was very nervous and excited all at once. Kandace really takes her time to listen. She is a very patient agent which is a great quality when you are so on edge and want the perfect home for you and your family. At times, I thought I was asking her to do too much but she really loves seeing her clients happy and I appreciate that very much. The road to happiness is a bumpy one and fortunately I chose the right agent which made the ride enjoyable to me. I would most certainly use her services again and I have recommended her to a few people as well. I am glad to have this platform to let everyone know that you are in good hands with her. It has been 4+ years since my purchase and I still have a great relationship with my agent. Thanks again Kandace! |

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the process and finding the "perfect" home for my family. Kandace was very diligent in not only finding homes that fit my specific criteria, but she also ensured that I had a clear understanding of the process every step of the way. She made absolutely sure that she only presented homes that were on my short list in regards to: price, location and features. I would definitely recommend Kandace to family and friends. They MUST have the same phenomenal experience as I had during and after the process. |

I was a first time homebuyer and had NO CLUE what I was doing, how to begin or what to do. Kandace did the due diligence of nailing down exactly what I wanted; and only took me to see homes that fit my criteria. She was tireless at her search; and seemed as interested as I was in getting me in my first home. Once we found the home, it took literally 1 month until closing. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable about the business and wokrs very hard for her clients. I would recommend her to any and everybody I know that is even thinking about purchasing a home. |

Kandace made purchasing a home an easy process. The hardest part on my end was selecting "just one" of the many homes she located fitting my criteria. From the start to the end she kept me in the loop on the entire process, broke "real estate lingo" down to my understanding and made me feel comfortable in calling her at any time if there were things I did not understand. One of the biggest things I liked about Kandace, she was relentless in finding all the possible options that could be accessed in purchasing a home. When there were limitations or situations that arose either with the home or lender, she was effective in finding other avenues and resources to make things happen. Professional, knowledgeable, and integral are 3 words that I would use to describe Kandace and the great job she does. |

As a homebuying "newbie" the process of buying a home was very intimidating. I began working with an agent who did not have my best interest at heart and that is when I began to seek a new agent and that's when I met Kandace. Kandace provided me with a great overview of the homebuying process. She gave me a roadmap that I still share with others who are new to the process. Kandace is very knowledgeable, caring, understanding and personable. She make me feel very confident in my decision and she answered all my questions honestly. I gained trust in her and after almost 3 years of owning my home I still keep in contact with her. Not only did I gain a Realtor, I gained a friend. I definitely would recommend Kandace to homebuyers, but especially first time homebuyers. |

My first home purchasing experience was GREAT! This agent was referred to me by someone who had used her a few years ago. The experience I had was very smooth and seamless. Whenever I contacted her she contacted me back and did a great job of answering my many (I mean MANY) questions. My work schedule is very crazy and she did everything to try and accomodate me while searching for a home.
