I have known Pat for the last 4 years and have been lucky to work with her in 2 different real estate brokerages. Pat is very skillfull in the real estate industry, she has brought a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to our office. Pat is extremely helpful and has gone out of her way daily to support our clients and peers. She is very thorough in providing the due dilingence to her clients in her research and reports. I highly recommend Pat to be my "Realtor of Choice" if I ever needed one.
Pat is one of the very best agents you will find in the West Georgia area. She has a wealth of knowledge and has been certified in many aspects of the real estate industry. Many of her collegues and clients will confirm that she is very professional and knowledgeable and many of her clients have recommended her to their friends and family.
We did not chose Pat she was a buyers agent. She presented an offer to us with out going through our realtor and proceeded to tell us that our flat fee realtor could not represent us because we did not pay them a commission. She was wrong and can get in trouble with the Realestate Commissioner office. We plan on filing a formal compliant. The amount offered was not bad, just the 19,500 in closing cost which every realestate person we know said they have never seen that. Anyway please becareful chosing Pat, I don't personally thing she has the expirence to represent people effectively.
