I have worked with a few real estate agents in the past and must admit John's professionalism is second to none. With the current housing market being as tough and competitive as it is, selling a house during this difficult time can be frustrating and appear hopeless; however, John made the circumstances a lot easier to deal with. Mr. Valverde is synonym of excellence. His honest, knows his job very well and is a hard worker to the extreme. His strongest competitor is himself. He makes sure that you get what you are looking for. After looking for a house for six month on my own and with another realtor, Mr. Valverde was able to find the house I was looking for in two weeks. Even 3 years after buying my house, I still call Mr. Valverde with questions and he gladly clears all my doubts. If you are looking for a property if the DFW area this is the realtor you need. I would recommend him without any reserve. |

John Paul Valverde has by far and beyond surpassed my expectations from any Real estate agent. He is not only about the sale of a property. He is about working for the individual or the indiviuals looking to buy. He was always professional in his approach to dealing with problems that arose. During my process he always gave me a belief that I was going to get what I wanted and not have to settle for anything less.
