Extremely unprofessional, unreasonable and difficult to work with. Will never be involved in a deal with him again. There are plenty of real estate agents in the metro-Atlanta area, I highly recommend finding someone that won't hurt your chances of selling/renting your property. Steer clear of Rick. |

I would strongly recommend anyone find a different real estate agent than to do business with Rick Hagler from Keller Williams. Despite all my attempts to call and get answers to questions raised from a listing I viewed online, his office was not only mostly unavailable but once I received a callback, from Rick himself, I was appalled by the lack of southern hospitality and customer service received from Rick. My interests were in getting basics answered such as: availability date, lease terms, square footage, etc. However, Rick appeared to be reading from a script, answering questions with mostly "not available/provided", "not part of our leasing agreement", "not required to be disclosed" and my favorite: "what's your annual salary before I get into specifics?". I'd be seriously concerned if I had a listing with him, as I would have no confidence in his ability to get a tenant or buyer to see the property. Who would be interested after having someone be so rude to them? |
