I hired her with pride, complete confidence and comfort that my home was in good hands as I moved my family all away across the country. And sure enough, she sold our home faster and for a better price than I had imagined possible in an tough real estate market. Susan works so incredibly hard, is organized, and always kept me informed of all my transactional details. Great experience. She got us into the house that perfectly fit our needs. Represented our interest as buyer without question. I have personally referred her to several other friends in the market and neighborhood. She will go the extra mile for you. Client satisfaction is more important to her than the quick sale. |

Susan helped us buy our home in Arcadia and she was an excellent real estate agent. She spent several months showing us homes and was always availible. When we selected our home she negotiated the best deal possible for us and followed through every step of the closing process at our side. I would use her again if I was selling or buying a home in Arcadia. K Snyder |

Susan has represented me in the sale of my house, and I wouldn't dream of using any one else in the future. Susan is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful and she has always gone the extra mile to help me in anyway possible, whether directly related to the sale of my house or otherwise. Susan was referred to me by other homeowners who stated Susan was the most ethical agent they knew. I have been very pleased with every aspect of my association with Susan as my agent. |

The worst negotiator ever, Turns off possible buyers on her listings, VERY HIGH days on Market. She pushes her other listings at MY open house. People do not want to work with her because of her poor socail skills and lack of ethics. Other agents will not show her listings on purpose because they do not want to work with her. DO NOT list your home with her!!! She is demanding, rude and has to advertise and work very hard to get clients for a reason. No word of mouth recomendations come from her current clients. Find an agent through referrals and word of mouth. The ones that buy ads need to because they are not good agents. I suggest you avoid this ice queen. |
