I called her to schedule a showing and she was downright nasty, rude and curt. She thinks she is incredibly "special" and was so unhelpful and never let me schedule a showing. Other than informing me she doesn't show houses, she brought nothing else to the table. I have talked to about three other female listing agents and all of these other listing agents were incredibly nice and willing to answer questions. I was definitely not impressed with Laurie at all.
I will never again go under contract on one of her listings. She was combative, nasty, pushy, and not up front about important issues (like the disclosures). I terminated a contract early because of her inability to work with my agent and I. I wish I could tell the sellers that their agent is responsible for the loss of a sale. I do NOT recommend working with her either as a seller or a buyer as she'll either bully buyers away from your property or be evasive and nasty if you're interested in one of her listings.
Laurie is a shark. She's smart but scary. A lot of attitude, a little threating...She also demands a 7% commission which is at least 1% higher than most. FYI-
