She was hired to do an appraisal on a property that took almost 2 weeks. Then it was found that it was not submitted under the correct guidelines and had to be returned to be rewritten. Which is now been almost a week with no update. Only use this company for an appraisal if you have no time constraints and are able to go back to have errors corrected.
