HOrrible, just bought a house from him. I mostly did all the work and he collected commission. If it wasn't for his asst I would have ripped him a new a$$ hole. He also waived conditions without explaining to me and basically forced me into this house. I HATE his work ethics.
Very bad customer service and tricks people into signing all sorts of stupid agreements even before showing houses . Do not talk to him or anyone from his team.Just a friendly advice
