I listed with her and found her to be the most unprofessional agent out there.She will disown you as soon as the agreement is signed.She is lazy.Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
Over priced my home for the market(after I told her it was too high). Reduced the price, still got no showings. Had an open house and she did show up. Somebody from her office came. Still to hear any feedback from that. As far as feedback from showings it was like pulling teeth. Like somebody else said, she sells herself very well. I wish I found this website before I signed a contract with her. I would list my home buy/owner before I'd list with her. You can't do any worse.
As a real estate attorney, I deal with hundreds of realtors in any given year. I have come to Kim to be among the best. She has over 15 years as a realtor and has worked in different housing markets both good and bad. In these tough economic times, I only recommend realtors that have the knowledge and ability to correctly price and market homes, and who serve their clients with the professionalism they deserve. Kim fits this bill perfectly. I recommend her without hesitation.

We listed with Kim a month ago. She presented herself well at the initial interview but after the sign was up and the realtor caravan came through we never heard from her. She had this extensive plan yet I find myself contantly having to call her to ask her status. We had at least 4 showings and no feedback. Then, I called her and let her know that she was supposed to call us after the first showing with feedback and she claimed she was on vacation. Well, here's a tip let your clients know. We had an open house and 10 minutes before it was supposed to start I saw no signs anywhere indicating an open house was happening. I have no idea how she marketed it since she never touched base with us. received no feedback and don't even know if anyone came since she never did it had some girl in her office did it for her. I realize market is bad but at least touch base once in awhile. My advise is to use someone else. Someone that does what they say they are going to do.
Unbeatable service and dedication! Even in an awful real estate market Kim was able to sell our home. She always returned calls quickly and kept us up to date throughout the sale. We would recommend Kim without reservations to everyone.
