Maybe it's time for the Nusbaum's to get over their misguided opinion of Marijean. She is a marvelous realtor. The Nusbaum's have neglected to mention that Marijean had their listing for 9 months before the house closed. She had sold it to them 7 years before and they were very pleased with her-enough so that they hired her to sell it. They even signed her up again after 6 months, after the house didn't sell. What is wrong with this picture
Marijean was very helpful in selling our home and we are now living happily in the lovely community of Norwalk, CT. She was terrific and sold our home quickly.
In a terrible market, Mrs Sommer (Marijean) worked tirelessly to sell our house and then found a great house on Lockwood Lane where our kids are florishing. Terrfic realtor.
