She seemed insincere and superficial. She did not go out of her way to get the best deal for me. Clearly, she was interested in closing the deal in order to make her profit. The places she showed me were dirty. I ended up finding my own place and for lack of time and funds, allowed her to finish the paperwork for my home purchase. Her recommended broker miscalculated my monthy mortgage payment, which increased $150 shortly after home purchase. It could have been worse, but I would not recommend her to future home sellers/buyers. |
