Robyn is amazing!! We went to her to help us buy our house, and she showed us dozens at least. She asked a lot of questions about what we wanted, and found homes that matched what we were looking for. When we finally found our dream house, it was a short sale that took several months, but she kept us informed every step of the way. She really worked hard to make everything go smoothly and quickly. While we were waiting, she showed us the house several times to make sure we still loved it, and also showed us MORE houses to compare! I know she must have spent hours and hours with us. She's the best, and I absolutely recommend her. I've been recommending her to all my friends already! |

My wife and I purchased a home with the help of Robyn. We gave her the details of the type of home we were looking for in what area, and she showed us everything that matched our criteria to a tee. She was very accurate with the comps in the neighborhoods, which helped us determine an appropriate offer price. We found our home we purchased on the 2nd trip of viewing homes. She was always available when we needed her and did a very good job negotiating with the seller's agent. If she didn't know the answer to a question we had- she would get the answer for us as quick as she could. This type of service really helps when you are dealing with deadlines and the preasures that come with purchasing a new home. I would 100% recommend Robyn! |
