A close friend of our family just sold his house with Carmen Laurendi's team. The only time he saw the team was to sign the contract to list it. They never really did anything else. Also, they listed the house with "value range pricing" which makes it look like the home price is much lower than the actual listing price. Our friend was not even consulted about it. I think they're just too big for their own good. Stick with a more local company like Niagara Frontier Funding - you'll work directly with the owner and have the service you deserve.
