Beware Val Hansen Rental Properties!!!!He was nice at first when he thought we were going to bye a house and he even did some renavations before we moved into the property. We rented a house from him and later decided to move back home after our lease was up. He tried to say I damaged his property even though I had a move in checklist proving the damages were there before I took possession of the property. He gave me my full deposit back because he said he felt sorry for me. He manages a lot of rentals in Little Rock/ Hillcrest area, if you have to rent from him, make sure you take pictures and keep all of your paperwork. Document everything!! |
